The Season 14 Finale is just around the corner … and it is going to be epic! Please read through this entire post so you know where you need to be when, wearing what, and bringing what! Singers need to be present for their entire call time(s) to participate in the concert.

Tech and Dress Rehearsal Call Times Schedule
Tech rehearsal is Friday night, April 26, and Saturday morning/afternoon, April 27. Dress rehearsal is Saturday evening immediately preceding the concert. Please check the call times below for your traditional ensemble, contemporary ensemble, and/or transition number.
Chorale (3-4th grade)
Friday: 5:00-7:45
- Wear: Comfy clothes
- Bring: Nothing—no bags, no food, no water bottles, no coats, no phones or devices. Eat dinner and use the restroom before you come.
Saturday: 4:45-9:30
- Wear: ALL BLACK outfit, see below

Concert Choir (5-6th grade)
Friday: 5:00-7:00
- Wear: Comfy clothes

Saturday: 4:45-9:30

Virtuoso (7-9th grade)
Friday: 5:00-8:30

All Singers
ALL SINGERS: Please wear your all black outfit to dress rehearsal on Saturday, April 27. Singers in VoiceOver, Bella Visi, Fortis, and Contessa will wear their ensemble outfits to dress rehearsal.
Please wear all black. The look should be formal–think wedding, dance, or recital. Turtlenecks, collared dress shirts, polos, blouses, long-sleeved t-shirts, plain black t-shirts are ok. NO LOGOS. Black dress slacks, skirts, or dresses. Black socks or tights and black dress shoes. Please see below for coverage standards.
Formal Black
Hair
Please wear hair back, out of the face. Bangs that extend past the eyebrows should be secured back–for all genders. We want to see your face on stage!
Jewelry and accessories
Please no watches or bracelets.
Shoes
Black dress shoes. Heels no taller than 1.5 inches.
Black socks with pants. Black tights or nylons with skirts and dresses. No skin.
Coverage standards
No sleeveless tops. No cleavage.
No bare midriff (you need to be able to lift your arms straight up over your head and have at least 1 inch overlap of shirt over bottoms).
No slits above the knee, tears or slashes.
Skirts must hit below the knee.
No sheer clothing.
No jeans, track pants, workout pants, joggers. Leggings may be worn under skirts (but not as pants).
All Instrumentalists
Please wear all-black concert blacks. Thank you!
Rhapsody
Please BRING your Rhapsody props outfit to Tech Rehearsal on 4/27 at noon. Please wear your ALL BLACK outfit to Dress on 4/27. Label everything with your first and last name.
Black slacks, a black shirt, black shoes. A red sweatband will be provided. If you’d like to accessorize more, go for it! Your WILDCATS accessory needs to be something you can put on over your ALL BLACK concert outfit.
Contessa
Please BRING your Contessa outfit to Tech Rehearsal on 4/26. Please wear your ALL BLACK outfit to Dress on 4/27. Label everything with your first and last name.
Black jeans/slacks, a black shirt, black shoes. Your top will be provided prior to the concert. No jewelry.
Fortis
Please BRING your Fortis outfit to Tech Rehearsal on 4/26. Please wear your ALL BLACK outfit to Dress on 4/27. Label everything with your first and last name.
Dark wash skinny jeans with white dress shirt on a hanger, black dress shoes, black belt, black socks. Your skinny tie and suspenders will be provided prior to the concert.
Bella Visi
Please BRING your Bella outfit to Tech Rehearsal on 4/26. Please wear your ALL BLACK outfit to Dress on 4/27. Label everything with your first and last name.
Bring black slacks (no leggings, no wide leg pants) and a black shell or tank, black dress shoes, CARS long-sleeved tee. Your cape will be provided in the dressing room. No jewelry.
VoiceOver
Please BRING your VoiceOver outfit and BRUNO outfit to Tech Rehearsal on 4/26. Please wear your ALL BLACK outfit to Dress on 4/27. Label everything with your first and last name.
Ladies: Bring your own black slacks (no leggings, no wide leg pants) and a black shell or tank. You might prefer a short sleeved shell because the sequins can irritate the upper arms. Black dress shoes. Your sequin top will be provided prior to the concert (unless previously issued).
Gentlemen: Bring your own dark wash skinny jeans with white dress shirt on a hanger, black dress shoes, black belt, black socks. Your bowtie and blazer will be provided prior to the concert (unless previously issued).
