Cantus Youth Choirs has been invited to sing with GENTRI at their GENTRI Christmas concert at The Egyptian Theatre in Boise on November 29 and 30, 2022. Accepting 30 3-6th grade singers and 45 7-12th grade singers.
GENTRI, which is short for “The Gentlemen Trio” was established in June 2014 and is comprised of three dynamic tenors: Brad Robins, Casey Elliott, and Bradley Quinn Lever. The fourth member of the group is the award winning composer, arranger, and producer Stephen Nelson. Learn more.
Outfits Lookbook
Gentri has asked that we wear “khaki and cream” for their concert. This is the same palette that we wore for our Season 12 Finale Concert. Please no grey.
Here are some ideas for assembling your outfit:
- White dress with a cream cardigan
- Camel khakis with a white polo, brown shoes, brown belt
- Ivory skirt with white shirt and tan cardigan
- White dress shirt with khaki chinos, brown shoes, and brown belt, add a solid grey bowtie
- Tan suit with white dress shirt, brown shoes, brown belt
- Khakis with tan vest, white dress shirt

Please be aware that in order to participate you will need to commit to attend all rehearsals, meet all memorization deadlines, and commit to all performance outfit and behavior expectations. Review the schedule for dates, times, and memorization assignments.
Sync this calendar to your iPhone
- Open SETTINGS
- Tap Passwords & Accounts > Add Account > Other
- Under “Calendars” select Add Subscribed Calendar
- For the Server value, enter the the following URL:

Sync this calendar to your Android
To sync with Android devices, you will need to use your Google account and have a Google calendar created. In your Google calendar:
- Under “Other Calendars” click the Add link.
- Select “Add by URL”
- Enter the following URL:

- Click “Add Calendar”
- Google will beging to sync your calendar, and it will appear on the screen.

- Change the long name of the new calendar to something you will remember such as “Cantus Calendar”
- Your phone should automatically be set to sync with your Google calendar.
- On your phone: Click on “Calendar”, then bring up the settings for the calendar. Click on Calendar Sync. You should see your google account listed already. Make sure Auto-Sync is checked.

Submit your audition, registration, and contract – EXPIRED
Singers in 3-6th grade should learn Mary’s Boy Child (does not need to be memorized) and submit a video of themselves singing their part. Singers in 7-12th grade should learn Silent Night (does not need to be memorized) and submit a video of themselves singing their part. We’ll take the first 65 singers who register.
