I will wear my concert blacks to the dress rehearsal and concert. Sopranos and Altos: I will source and provide my own concert black performance outfit; consisting of a long-sleeved top, full length skirt, black flat shoes, and black stockings. I will ensure my entire ensemble is black (no white, no gray, no charcoal). Tenors and Basses: I will source and provide my own performance outfit; consisting of: white collared dress shirt, black slacks, black jacket, black necktie (no bowties), all black dress shoes, black socks, and black belt. (Sorry, no gray, no charcoal, no navy).

I will make every effort to clear my schedule and to be available before taking a spot in this choir. I recognize that by submitting this form that I am signing a contract to participate, prepare, and perform. If I need to withdraw, due to hardship, I will contact Keith McCauley by phone at 208-407-4525 to discuss my withdrawal and will arrange with him the return of my sheet music.

I will only use pencil to make markings in my sheet music (no pen, no highlighter). This book will be checked out to me and I will return it to Keith McCauley as I leave the stage after the final bows. I will take care that it is not damaged beyond normal wear and tear. For uniformity, I will perform with this book (I will not transfer to a tablet and perform with a tablet).
