Submit your 1980s photos

By submitting photograph(s), I grant Cantus Youth Choirs, its officers, employees, and authorized representatives a limited, royalty-free license to display the submitted photograph(s) during the Season 16 Finale TOTALLY TUBULAR concert at their sole discretion. Cantus Youth Choirs is under no obligation to use any submitted photograph.

Use of submitted photographs is strictly limited to on-screen display during the live event. All submitted photographs will be deleted and permanently destroyed following the conclusion of the event. No identifying information will be presented with submitted photos.

I assume full responsibility for the content of the submitted photograph and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cantus Youth Choirs, its board members, officers, employees, and volunteers from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the photograph, including but not limited to claims related to copyright infringement, invasion of privacy, or right of publicity.

I understand that this release is binding and applies solely to the Season 16 Finale TOTALLY TUBULAR concert pre-show presentation.
