Sara Hanson grew up singing and dancing in the Boise, ID area. She was born with a passion for music and movement which solidified as she traveled to perform and compete throughout the US.
Sara has spent the last 20+ years artistically enjoying time both on and off stage. She enjoys both sides of a production equally. Over the years she’s had the opportunity to work with singers and dancers of all ages and styles, musical theater productions,
gymnasts, and cheerleaders. Sara LOVES teaching, adjudicating, performing, and sharing her passion for the arts!!
Some of Sara’s favorite recent performing and production highlights include: Choreographing Newsies Jr. with TVCT (Fall 2023). Playing Countess Lily in Anastasia with Huckleberry Star (Summer 2024). Co-Directing and Co-Choreographing Alice in Wonderland Jr. (Spring 2025) and Dare to Dream Jr. (Spring 2026) with Xpressions Dance Academy. Choreographing Anastasia for Eagle High School (Winter 2026). Singing in local Cabarets and with the Boise Women’s Chorus (2024–Present).
In addition to her artistic endeavors, Sara owns and operates a professional organizing company in Meridian, ID where she lives with her fabulous husband and beautiful daughter!
