Cantus Youth Choirs manages singer contact information under the umbrella of parent/guardian contact information. When a family joins Cantus and registers singer(s) for our program, we collect cell phone, email, SMS/MMS (texting) consent from singers AND parents. All of this is saved under a parent email address.
We send emails to the email addresses that are provided at registration. Though optional, we STRONGLY recommend that parents and singers with cell phones permit us to send SMS/MMS messages. Parents MUST have a working email address to participate in Cantus Youth Choirs.
You can update your notification preferences for you AND your singers by logging in and making sure your singer profile SMS consent box is checked. Please note, if you have multiple singers, you will need to make sure your consent box is checked on each singer.

If you are not getting messages from Cantus it is most likely because our messages are getting caught in your spam/junk folder. Please add us to your Address Book, you can do so by downloading our VCF card and it’ll add us to your contacts.
