VoiceOver is Cantus Youth Choirs’ premier contemporary a cappella ensemble. VoiceOver pushes the boundaries of typical a cappella ensembles, giving you powerful bass, full mid-tones and punchy treble. VoiceOver combines vocals, vocal percussion and movement to deliver inspiring and high-impact performances.

VoiceOver is an auditioned ensemble. Singers in VoiceOver also participate in Concordia. Auditions for this ensemble are held in April and May for the following season. There is an additional fee to participate in this ensemble. VoiceOver focuses on development of advanced ear training, harmonic, rhythmic, contemporary vocal technique, and performing skills through advanced, popular a cappella music. This music is typically sung with beatboxing and choreography. VoiceOver is co-directed by Keith McCauley, Annie Roberts, and Josh Starita on Tuesdays from 6:00 to 7:00 pm and 8:15 to 9:30pm.
