Crabb Sisters to be featured guest artists at Season Finale

The Crabb Sisters, Amanda, Cassie and Sara, will be our featured guest artists at the Cantus Youth Choirs Season 8 Finale Concert! Audiences will be blown away with their tight harmonies and powerful contemporary voices. The theme of the Season Finale is 75 Years of Great Music and Cantus will be performing greatest hits from the last three-quarters of a century. The Crabb Sisters will be performing Adele’s When We Were Young, Carrie Underwood’s Something in the Water, and singing lead on He Lives in You.

Cantus is particularly excited to welcome back Cassie Crabb Brimhall, who will be doing a reprise performance of He Lives in You from her performance in Season 1.

Amanda Crabb

Amanda Crabb is an Assistant Professor at Utah Valley University in the Theater Department. Amanda loves being in the classroom and guiding talented up-and-coming professionals. Ms. Crabb has also taught at Hale Center Theater Orem’s voice studio since 2005. Ms. Crabb is a graduate of The Boston Conservatory with a Master of Music in Musical Theater. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Brigham Young University in Music Dance Theater.  Ms. Crabb has also been a member of the Mormon Tabernacle Choir since 2010.  Some of Ms. Crabb’s credits include; Sundance Summer Theater, Musical Theater West, Brigham Young University, Glendale Center Theater, and Hale Center Theater.

Cassie Crabb Brimhall

Ms. Brimhall developed a love for music at a young age from watching her siblings perform, and she is thrilled to have the chance to perform with her sisters at the Cantus Youth Choirs Season Finale. Ms. Brimhall sang with BYU Noteworthy for three years. During that time she appeared with Noteworthy on NBC’s The Sing-Off. Most recently she had the incredible opportunity of performing at Carnegie Hall with her group, Jane, as a finalist in the International Championship of A Cappella Open. Ms. Brimhall is now a professional hair and makeup artist, specializing in color and bridal styling. She lives with her husband, Erik, and their bulldogs, Izzy and Archie, in Salt Lake County.

Sara Marie Crabb Gardner

Sara Marie is thrilled to be a part of this concert and even more excited to be singing with both of her sisters. She has a long history of performing in musical theater and a capella groups. Some of her favorite roles include Nellie in South Pacific, Martha in the Secret Garden and Baker’s Wife in Into the Woods. She’s been away from the stage for a few years working as a NICU nurse and raising two beautiful girls. A shout out to her husband Matt for all his love and support.
